  • This program is designed for individuals who are stepping into a managerial or supervisory role for the first time. While the course is accessible and beginner-friendly, the following entry requirements are recommended to ensure participants gain the most value from the training

  • Recently promoted to a managerial or supervisory role
  • Identified by their organization as a potential future leader
  • 1–3 years of work experience in a team or project environment
